Our returns / exchange process is simple, transparent, and easy.
All return / exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
We offer returns / exchanges within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Once your return or exchange request has been accepted by our team, you will receive a notification on your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 1-3 business days.
Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for returns, only exchange.

Return/Exchange Policy:
- Prepaid Orders: If eligible for return, once accepted, you may choose to receive your refund either as store credit or via your original payment method.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and any other fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. Product tag and packaging must be intact.
- Quality Control & Final Eligibility: All returned items undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) check at our warehouse upon arrival. Items failing this inspection due to stains, signs of use or missing tags are ineligible for a refund. In this instance, we will offer to ship the original item(s) back to you at a flat reshipment fee of upto ₹200 (payable prior to dispatch) via a link sent to your email or WhatsApp. Please note that if this fee is not paid and/or no response is received within 14 (fourteen) days, the item(s) will be permanently forfeited and will no longer be eligible for reshipment.
- One-Time Free Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one-time free size / product exchange.
- Discount Clause: Any discounts applied to the original purchase will not be carried forward to exchanged items if the exchanged items are of a different category or style.
- Price Difference: Any difference in the exchange amount will be credited as store credit only after the original item is received at our warehouse and passes our Quality Control check outlined above.
Pickup & Shipping Rules:
- Reverse Pickup: Arranged only in serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.
- Non-Serviceable Areas: Customers must self-ship items to our warehouse if their pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pickup.
- Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 (three) attempts will be made to collect your return or exchange. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the request will be automatically cancelled. While we can regenerate a new pickup request upon your follow-up, please note that if this second set of attempts also fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the request will be permanently closed and no further refund or exchange will be possible.
- Single Pickup Rule: All return / exchange requests for the same order must be booked together and sent back in one pickup. Any items left out of the initial pickup will not be eligible for a subsequent return/exchange.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Accessories such as swimwear, lingerie, accessories (caps, bands etc) and other similar items are not eligible for return or exchange. This item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items sent to our warehouse without initiating a return / exchange request will not be accepted. Truvvo is not responsible for the tracking or safety of unsolicited packages.
- Truvvo reserves the right to accept or reject any return / exchange request at its sole discretion if the product fails the Quality Check criteria outlined above.
- Any claims regarding missing items must be reported within 24 (twenty-four)hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Such claims are subject to a mandatory internal investigation and Truvvo reserves the right to make the final decision based on our logistics records and warehouse footage. Claims made after 24 (twenty four) hours will not be entertained.
Damage Claim Requirements
- For damaged items, a time-stamped video recording of the parcel being unboxed is mandatory to validate your claim.
- Claims submitted without video evidence or beyond the specified exchange period will not be entertained.
Reverse Shipping Charges
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. The charges are as follows:
- ₹150 for 1 T-shirt
- ₹200 for a Single Hoodie
- ₹250 for a Single Tracksuit
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
